Shipping Policy
At Korjin, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For Pre-Orders, they are expected to ship July, 2026.
During product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after the order has been processed, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand shipping to additional countries in the future.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Korjin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at justin@korjin.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Korjin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
That said, please contact us at justin@korjin.com if you experience an issue, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve it with the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at justin@korjin.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page or checkout page. Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, customs, freight, or fulfillment delays.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may ship once all items are available.
