Does it really taste that bitter?
Yes. Genuinely, assertively bitter for the first few seconds. That bitterness is the ginsenosides themselves — the compounds you're taking it for. There is no honey and no sweetener — 30% concentrate, 70% purified water, with nothing added to round the edge. Most people stop noticing by the end of week one.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your box leaves us. We currently ship to the United States only.
How is this different from red ginseng?
Red ginseng is steamed once. Ours is steamed and dried nine times, which converts the large ginsenosides into rarer forms like Rg3 and Compound K — the ones your body absorbs without needing specific gut bacteria to do the conversion first.
When should I take it?
Take one stick daily. Squeeze it directly into your mouth, or mix it into a beverage. Many people take it in the morning, before coffee.
How long until I notice anything?
Most people report a steady lift within 30 minutes of the first stick, and warmer hands by the end of week one. The adaptogenic effects — stress tolerance, stamina, recovery — build cumulatively. Judge it at day 30, which is why we sell a course rather than a sample.
Will it keep me awake?
There's no caffeine in it. Ginseng supports cellular energy rather than stimulating your nervous system, so it doesn't produce the spike-and-crash pattern coffee does. Some people do prefer taking it before mid-afternoon.
Can I take it with medication?
Consult your physician first if you take blood thinners, diabetes medication, or MAO inhibitors. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Any time, from your account — pause, skip a delivery, change the interval between 30, 45 and 60 days, or cancel outright. No phone call, no retention flow.
What's in the box?
Thirty 10 ml sticks. Every stick is identical — the same fermented black ginseng concentrate, the same dose — and you take one a day for thirty days.
Is it third-party tested?
