Shipping

Korjin, Inc. currently ships orders within the United States only.

Standard shipping is included in the price of your order. No additional standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a holiday are processed on the next business day. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Korjin, Inc. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries that result from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days after your order is delivered.

Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with any original seals intact, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Opened products are not eligible for return on the basis of taste preference or dissatisfaction with results.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% return processing fee, calculated on the purchase price paid after discounts, is deducted from the refund.

To request a return, email justin@korjin.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. If it is approved we will send return instructions — please do not send products back before you have that approval. Authorised returns go to Agile 3PL, Attn: Korjin Returns, 943 Flynn Road, Camarillo, CA 93012, United States.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly, with your order number and photos where possible. The unopened-only restriction and the 5% processing fee do not apply to these, and Korjin covers any required return shipping.

Exchanges. Request a return of your eligible unopened product and place a separate order for the replacement. Standard return shipping costs and processing fees apply.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 5% processing fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund, sometimes up to 14 days after we process it. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information using the contact details you gave at checkout. If you have an account, live status sits under Orders. Lost the email? Ask us with your order number and we will resend it.
