Korjin start with carefully selecting Korean ginseng - chosen for quality, potency, and purity. This is determined by three main factors:

  • The age of the root (typically, 4-6 years) for optimal maturity
  • Total ginsenoside content -the active compounds that make Korean ginseng "the king of medicinal herbals" globally renowned
  • Purity testing - screening for heavy metals, pesticides, and contaminants through Korean agricultural cooperative standards.

TRANSFORMED:

The fresh ginseng is transferred into a GMP-certified facility, washed, sorted, and prepared.

At this point, the ginseng undergoes a traditional steaming and natural sun drying transformation process to become black ginseng.

Afterwards, the black ginseng undergoes a sterile concentration process which filters out inedible biomass.

Afterwards, the black ginseng is extracted, concentrated, and blended with natural honey and purified water to prepare for filling. The formulation is carefully chosen to balance the bitter taste with a smooth, enjoyable experience. The mixture is then loaded onto a stick machine to be sealed and packaged.
